Super friendly and helpful hosts who go the extra mile for you, from providing a welcoming message and complimentary beer to offering excellent recommendations for things to do in the city. Impressive early 20th century Belgrade apartment design, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Comfortable rooms with convenient amenities like hair dryers, kitchen utensils, and ironing facilities. Welcoming common spaces and a cozy atmosphere. Convenient parking on site. Excellent value for money. Strong Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and well-decorated rooms with ensuite facilities. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Stress-free airport transfers and great recommendations for sights and restaurants. Amazing customer service, even went above and beyond to return misplaced belongings. Can't wait to return to experience all the facilities we couldn't use on our short stay.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the key attractions and great restaurants in the area. We also liked the fact that there was a shared lounge area where we could mingle with other guests.
Although the majority of the staff was friendly, there was one employee who was not very helpful and gave us some misinformation about the laundry service. , there was a bad smell in the bathroom that often made its way into the room, which was not pleasant.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped with essential amenities like good pillows and available cosmetics in the bathroom. I also appreciated the key location, which was convenient for my business meetings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, which made for an enjoyable stay.
The noise from other guests could be heard in my room during the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there was no breakfast provided, so I had to find my own meal in the morning.
